Andrey L. Kostin, VTB Bank President and Chairman of the Management Board 

Andrey Kostin joined VTB as President and Chairman of the Management Board on 10th of June 2002. 

 Previously held positions include: 

In 1996, under RF Presidential Decree Andrey Kostin was appointed Chairman of the Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR (Vnesheconombank of the USSR); 
1995-1996 – First Deputy Chairman of the National Reserve Bank (NRB); 
1993-1995 – Senior Executive at commercial Imperial Bank; 
In 1992, having gained in-depth expertise in international economics and finance, a securities and debt markets maker, he joined the Russian Investment and Finance Company. 
1979-1992 – various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including: 
1985-1990 – USSR Embassy in Great Britain; 
1979-1982 – USSR Consulate General in Australia.

Awards: 
Order of Honor for outstanding contribution to the development of the Russian financial and banking system, 1999. Order for Services to the Fatherland, IV Class, 2006.

In 1979, Andrey Kostin graduated with honors from the Moscow State University, Department of Economics, specializing in international economics. PhD in Economics, “Globalization as a Form of Economic Internationalization”.

Mikhail V. Kuzovlev, First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board

Mr. Kuzovlev joined VTB in 2002. Presently he is VTB Bank First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board.

2005-2008 - Executive Director of Russian Commercial Bank (Cyprus) Ltd; 
2004-2005 - President and Chairman of the Management Board at Guta Bank (later renamed to VTB24); 
2002-2004 - Vice President at Vneshtorgbank; 
1997-2002 - Financial Director, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Senior Vice President at “Probusiness” Company; 
1994-1996 - Vice President at “Probusiness” Holding; 
1990-1994 - First Deputy Director, Vice President at “Probusiness” Foreign Economic Centre.

Born in 1966 in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region. 
In 1989, Mr. Kuzovlev graduated from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Vasily N. Titov, First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board

Mr. Titov joined VTB Bank in 2002. 
Since August 2009, he has been First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board. 
Before August 2009, Mr. Titov was a Deputy Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board, member of the Management Board, Senior Vice President and Vice President.
