Niu Ximing, Vice Chairman, Executive Director, President

Mr. Niu Ximing, aged 53, senior economist, joined the Bank in December 2009 and has been appointed as an executive director of the Bank, the vice chairman of the Board and the president of the Bank, subject to the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission. Mr. Niu worked at the Qinghai Branch of The People’sBank of China from September 1983 to July 1986, serving as an offi cial and the deputy divisionchief of the Industrial and Commercial Credit Division. He served successively from July 1986 toDecember 2009 as the vice president and then the president of the Xining Branch of the Industrialand Commercial Bank of China Limited in Qinghai Province; a temporary transferred offi cial, the division chief of Division 1, a deputy director, a director and the general manager of the Industrial and Communication Credit Department of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited; the president of the Beijing Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited; an assistant to the president of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (and the president of the Beijing Branch concurrently); the vice president of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited; and an executive director and the vice president of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited. Mr. Niu obtained a master’s degree in Economics from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1997.

Qian Wenhui, Executive Director, EVP

Mr. Qian Wenhui, aged 48, joined the Bank in October 2004 and serves as Executive Director and Vice President ofthe Bank. Mr. Qian has served as Vice President of the Bank since October 2004 (also as President of ShanghaiBranch from July 2005 to November 2006 concurrently). Before joining the Bank, Mr. Qian worked in ChinaConstruction Bank (“CCB”), served successively as director of the General Office of the Asset and LiabilityManagement Committee of CCB and concurrently vice president of CCB Shanghai Branch, director of the GeneralOffice of the Asset and Liability Management Committee of CCB and director of System Reform Office and vicepresident of Shanghai Branch concurrently, general manager of Asset and Liability Management Department, generalmanger of Asset and Liability Management Department and concurrently director of Restructuring Office. Mr. Qianreceived a MBA degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1998. Mr. Qian has served asExecutive Director of the Bank since August 2007.

Yu Yali, EVP & CFO

Ms. Yu Yali, aged 52, joined the Bank in Feruary 1993 band serves as Vice President and CFO of the Bank. Ms. Yu hasserved as CFO of the Bank since August 2004 and as General Manager of the Financial Accounting Department andBudgetary Finance Department of the Bank from December 1999 to August 2004. Ms. Yu served in variouspositions in the Bank from February 1993 to December 1999, including Chief of Financial Accounting Department andVice President of the Bank’s Zhengzhou Branch and Deputy General Manager of Financial Accounting Departmentof Headquarters of the Bank. Ms. Yu received a MBA degree from Fudan University in 2006.
