Adjusted Net Asset Method - Definition

An alternative term used to describe Adjusted Book Value Method.

A valuation of a 'going concern' business by computed by adjusting the value of its all assets and liabilities to the fair market values.

Or in Brand Finance terms, a method within the asset approach whereby all assets and liabilities (including off-balance sheet, intangible, and contingent) are adjusted to their fair market values.
